Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

Our restaurant prides itself on its "aburi" (seared food). Unlike "grilling" food, "aburi" requires various techniques that cannot be easily mastered, such as the amount of heat, the way the fire is applied, the time, timing, and order in which the food is grilled.

We have experienced chefs on staff, and the "aburi" menu items created by their skills are all excellent. We hope that our customers will enjoy the taste.

In this issue, we would like to introduce some of the meat dishes from our "Aburi" menu that we especially recommend you to try.

 

The taste of rare parts is appealing.

This is "Special Beef MISUJI Steak with Grated Onion and Apple Sauce. The meat attached to the inside of a cow's shoulder blade is a rare part of the meat, and only about 3 kg of it can be obtained from a single cow. The meat of the meat is very tender, and is popular for its tenderness.
