We have a wide selection of winter delicacies!

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

The restaurant offers a variety of limited-time-only menus that can be enjoyed at any time of the year. We are currently serving nabe (hot pot) dishes for the cold winter season, and we have also prepared a menu featuring celery, cold yellowtail, and other seasonal winter ingredients. We hope you will enjoy these dishes as snacks with your drinks when you visit our restaurant.

 

A variety of delicious winter menu items!

This is "Oita's Local Cuisine - Cold Yellowtail Ryukyu". Ryukyu" is one of Oita's local dishes and refers to yellowtail sashimi marinated in sesame and soy sauce. We use our original kneaded sesame seeds to give it a unique flavor. We hope you will enjoy the taste of the thick, cold yellowtail.

This is "Celery Pickled in Five Seconds of Rayu". It is a spicy pickle made with celery, a vegetable characterized by its bitterness. The stimulation of celery will advance your alcohol. The lemon flavor and the spiciness of the raayu also enhance the refreshing taste.

 

Steak filled with the flavor of beef

This is "Japanese A4 Wagyu Red Meat Steak" which is always delicious. We have carefully grilled high-quality Wagyu beef with a twist to preserve its juices and flavor. One bite of the steak will bring a smile to your face as the flavor of the beef bursts in your mouth. The accompanying "herb salt" and wasabi (Japanese horseradish) will give the dish a gorgeous flavor.

 

Our restaurant is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for various occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.

We will color your banquet with dishes that are popular among men and women of all ages. Please be sure to try our most popular dishes such as beef tongue and grilled skewers. We also have original dishes that we are proud of. We hope you will enjoy our specialties.
