Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

Our restaurant focuses on "seared" dishes. Our restaurant is very popular for its delicious dishes prepared by "Aburi". Our "Aburi" menu includes not only meat, but also a variety of seared seafood dishes. This is the "Surume Cuttlefish Seared with Sweet and Spicy Sauce". This dish is made by slow searing squid, which gives it a sweet and spicy flavor and a firm texture of sliced squid in round slices. It goes well with sake! Squeeze lemon or dip it in mayonnaise for an even better taste. Please share this dish with everyone.

 

Seared" hokke with its flavor enhanced.

This is "hokke dried overnight. Hokke caught in the northern sea are dried overnight and seared to bring out their flavor. The hokke is easy to eat, and the fatty flesh loosens when you put your chopsticks into the hokke. This easy-to-eat, fatty hokke is the perfect accompaniment to sake. Enjoy every bit of its deliciousness.
