Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

4月になり、街もだんだん春めいてきました。春といえば、フルーツが美味しい季節。特にいちごは本当に美味しくて、多くの方が楽しみにしているかと思います。

当店では旬のいちごを使った、絶品のスイーツを各種ご用意しております。当店にご来店の際は、ぜひ自慢のスイーツをお楽しみくださいませ。

 

バスクチーズケーキといちごの組み合わせです

こちらは「苺のホワイトショコラバスクチーズケーキ」。バスク地方生まれのスイーツ「バスクチーズケーキ」にホワイトショコラを加え、ほろ苦さやミルキーな味わいを実現しました。特にワインとの相性は抜群ですよ！チーズケーキの下にあるいちごのコンフィチュール、そしてバニラクリームが、味わいをぐっと引き立ててくれています。

チーズといちごのハーモニー

こちらは「ストロベリーマスカルポーネアイスクリーム」です。北海道産のマスカルポーネチーズを使ったコクのあるアイスクリームにいちごの果肉をミックスすることで、より春らしい味わいに仕上げました。コクとさわやかさの両方を楽しめるスイーツとして、女性を中心に大変多くのみなさまからご好評をいただけております。

Private rooms of various sizes are available for various occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.
