Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

It is the season for cyclamen to bloom their beautiful flowers. Our restaurant offers a hearty and meaty menu perfect for the cold winter season.

 

Juicy three kinds of meat!

Rakuzo's 3 Kinds of Meat Platter" is a hearty meat platter menu. It is an assortment of three kinds of meat: medium-rare ribs, specially selected pork, and young chicken.

Karubi is the meat on the abdomen of the cow and is a popular part of the cow with a good amount of fat. Nakanochi-karubi is the meat between the bones of the ribs. It is especially tender among ribs and very juicy with flavor soaked through from the bone!

Our specially selected pork and young chicken are made from the finest ingredients. Please enjoy them with our special sauce and lemon.

 

Taste the rare steak in luxury.

If you want to enjoy a sumptuous steak, we recommend the "Special Beef Meat Steak - Grated Onion and Apple Sauce".

Beef tendon is a rare part of the cow, and only a few can be obtained from a single cow. MISUJI is the meat from the shoulder to the arm of a cow. It is called mi-suji because the meat has three strips in it.

It has a gentler texture than ribs and offers a nice fatty mouth feel. This steak is popular among women because it is lightly marbled despite its marbling. Enjoy the sweetness and flavor of the rich meat with grated onion and apple sauce.
