Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

Our restaurant offers a menu of seasonal recommendations using seasonal ingredients.

A variety of flavorful menus

Rakuzo Utage Shin-Yokohama offers a variety of flavorful seasonal dishes.

The menu item in the photo is "Oita's Local Cuisine: Cold Yellowtail Ryukyu". Ryukyu is a local Oita dish of yellowtail marinated in sesame and soy sauce, and we use our original kneaded sesame seeds for a rich flavor.

Other seasonal dishes include the "Seared Duck with Celery Pot (from 2 servings)," which is full of rooted celery, bean sprouts, and other vegetables, and the "Yamitsuki Burdock Tempura with Chili Pepper Salt," which has a delightful crispy texture.

 

Dessert menu is also available

The restaurant also offers a dessert menu that is the perfect way to finish off a night of drinking.

The "Original Oreo Cheesecake" is an irresistible combination of rich Hokkaido cream cheese and bittersweet Oreo. It goes perfectly with Dewars Highball and other alcoholic beverages!
