Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

 

Rakuzo Utage Shin-Yokohama offers a wide range of menu items, including authentic seared dishes. The restaurant can be easily used for a quick drink or as a substitute for an after-party. All seats are completely private rooms, so you can relax and enjoy a little drink after work.

We have prepared tasty snacks that can be enjoyed with your first drink or as a small drink. We have a variety of snacks, including such comforting staples as edamame (green soybeans), assorted pickled vegetables, and seared ray fins, as well as refreshing snacks such as chopped cucumber with ume plum paste and extra-thick crispy pickled bamboo shoots.

 

Delicious snacks with a twist

We also offer the popular dashi-scented dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) with irresistible dashi broth, and homemade cheese kamaboko (fish cake) with the umami of cheese and seafood. The deep umami and flavor of the deep-fried dashi using the much-talked-about "agodashi" dashi will make you want to drink more and more sake.

Private rooms of various sizes are available for various occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.
