Kuzushi Kaiseki Course" for a luxurious time

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

 

We offer a wide variety of banquet courses, from reasonable to extravagant, to meet the various needs of our customers.

For a special occasion that is different from the usual drinking party, we recommend the "Kuzushi Kaiseki Course" where you can enjoy dishes made with high quality ingredients. It is perfect for entertaining guests or for dinner parties.

 

Special beef steak for main dish

The main dish of the Kuzushi Kaiseki Course is a specially selected beef steak. Enjoy this moist and tender steak that is full of flavor as you bite into it. In addition to the main dish, we also offer other sumptuous dishes such as sashimi and seafood tempura. Sushi is available for your meal.

The detailed dishes of the entire course are as follows

Appetizer: Hamo (conger eel) cooked in julienne sauce

[Vegetable] Assorted 3 kinds of seasonal appetizers

Salad] 7 kinds of vegetable green salad

Boiled edamame (soybeans)

Sashimi] Assorted 3 kinds of sashimi

Tempura of prawn and sea bream

Chawanmushi (steamed egg custard)

Grilled dish] Specially selected beef steak

Meal】 Salmon and salmon roe sushi with oyako (salmon roe)

Dessert of the day: Upgrade for 220 yen (tax included)

 

Same-day reservations are acceptable.

Reservations for the Kuzushi Kaiseki Course are accepted until 2:00 p.m. on the same day. Please feel free to use our restaurant when you need to make arrangements for a banquet on short notice.

 

Our restaurant is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for various occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.
