Tender and moist beef steak

Beef misuji is a rare part of beef, with only about 3 kg of it being harvested from each cow. The meat is located near the shoulder blade, and since it is a part of the body that is not moved very often, it is characterized by its unique texture and tenderness.

The more you bite into this steak, the more flavorful it becomes, and it is served with a special grated onion and apple sauce. This is a dish for those who have an image that red meat is tough.

 

Beef tongue seared to perfection, crispy and easy to chew.

Beef tongue is a popular menu item at yakiniku restaurants. At our restaurant, we prepare thick slices of beef tongue so that our customers can enjoy not only its flavor but also its texture. Even though it is thick, it can still be crispily chewed because it is a high-quality beef tongue. This dish is priced at 1,529 yen (tax included).
