Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.
We change the dishes of our banquet courses each season so that our customers can enjoy seasonal ingredients according to the season.
The "Seasonal Creations (Nabe) Course" featuring warm nabe is recommended for this midwinter cold season.
We offer a rich white hot pot filled with chicken as the main dish. Please be sure to try our signature dish, which has a rich chicken broth. Zosui (rice porridge) is served to finish the dish so that you can enjoy the deliciousness of the nabe to the end.
In addition to the main hot pot, the course also includes sashimi and other seafood dishes. We recommend this course to enjoy a good balance of meat and fish.
