Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

Our restaurant, with its relaxing and completely private rooms, is proud of its seared dishes. Our signature dish is grilled Daisen chicken. Raised in the rich nature at the foot of Mt. Daisen, the Daisen chicken is a gem with tender meat, juicy texture, and a delicious flavor that you can enjoy more and more as you chew.

There are various parts of the Daisen-dori chicken that differ in taste and texture. The standard "thigh" with its fluffy texture, "negima" with the harmony of green onions and meat, "skin" with its crunchy texture, "liver" rich in nutrients, and "gizzards," "hearts," and "bonjiri" with their unique texture and flavor that are addictive. The "Garlic Mawashi" and "Tsukune with Cartilage" also go great with sake.

The texture and flavor varies depending on the part. If you are in doubt, please use the assortment.
