Fresh seafood menu with plenty of freshness!

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

 

Rakuzo Utage Shin-Yokohama offers a variety of menu items, including authentic seared dishes prepared by artisans. In addition to the seared dishes, the restaurant also offers a variety of other menu items.

 

Because we purchase our seafood daily from fishing ports all over Japan, you can enjoy the freshest seafood at any time of the day. Our restaurant offers a variety of seafood sashimi, taking advantage of the day's purchases. Today's sashimi changes depending on what we have purchased that day, so feel free to enjoy seasonal fish as sashimi.

 

The popular seared salmon sashimi is served refreshingly with grated shiso leaves. We also offer a limited quantity of Chicken Meat Tataki.

 

An assortment of several kinds of sashimi is also available.
