The menu features mainly standard skewers such as "Momo" and "Negima". We also offer gizzards and hearts, which have a unique and addictive texture, and bonjiri, which maximizes the flavor of the fat. Please choose your favorite flavor from sauce or salt.

 

The most recommended item is the "Chicken Tsukune Skewer," which has a delightful texture of cartilage. It is delicious enough as it is, but if you dip it in the egg yolk for tsukune, which is available as an additional menu item, the richness of the taste will be further enhanced.
Chicken tsukune is served with sauce only.
