Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

 

One of the ingredients we are particular about is Daisen chicken. Daisen-dori are chickens raised at the foot of Mt. Daisen, and are characterized by their juicy flavor and lack of odor.

Our yakitori is carefully and slowly grilled one by one by our skilled chefs. Our yakitori is cooked with sincerity and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We offer a taste that is one rank above the rest.

 

Three types of takeout
