The menu item pictured is the "Straw-Baked Bonito Tataki". The bonito covered with the savory flavor of straw-baked bonito is the best! Please enjoy the flavorful bonito with your favorite condiments such as ginger and green onion.

We also offer "Jumbo nameko mushroom tempura" using jumbo nameko mushrooms produced in Hida Takayama. We hope you will enjoy the jumbo nameko mushrooms, which have a stronger flavor and more unique texture than regular nameko mushrooms.
