Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

Seared popular Daisen Dori at home!

Daisen chicken is a brand name chicken raised in a rich natural environment. Carefully skewered and seared Daisen chicken skewers are one of our specialties, as they allow you to enjoy the meat quality and juicy fat.

Please take advantage of our takeout menu and try the "Daisen Dori Tsukune Skewer with Cartilage" at home. The crispy texture of the cartilage is matched by the rich flavor of the tsukune. We have also prepared an assortment of skewers that allows you to taste various parts of the chicken.

 

Recommended dish to accompany beer!


The "Deep Fried Gizzard with Silver Skin" is an excellent dish to be enjoyed with beer as well as as as a meal. Enjoy the unique texture and flavor of gizzards. The price of 500 yen (tax included) for a tray full of gizzards is also a great point.

There is also "Tantan Chilla Spicy Fried Noodles" with a tangy flavor to whet your appetite, and "Deep Fried Chicken Tatsuta" with a crispy batter and juicy deliciousness.
