Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.
One of the signature dishes at Rakuzo Utage Shin-Yokohama is a variety of seared meats, which our chefs prepare with exquisite heat. A wide range of seared meats are available, from juicy and hearty seared meats to seared meats that go great with sake and shochu.
Today we would like to introduce you to the various seared meats that we offer at our restaurant. We have a variety of menu items, so please order according to your preference.
The chicken skewers served at our restaurant are made from Daisen Dori, a brand-name local chicken. We offer a variety of parts such as momo, kawa, hatsu, seseri, bonjiri, and gizzard.
Your choice.1You can order one dish at a time, or you can order an assortment of dishes. If you want to share or want to eat a variety of parts, please use the platter.
We have prepared large skewers of rare Daisen Doron chicken tenderloin, a rare part of the chicken, and our house-made herb sausages and seared sausages that are perfect for snacks.
We also offer a seared menu where you can enjoy the umami of the ingredients themselves. We also offer seared pork shoulder roast served with ponzu (citrus juice with grated onion) and rare beef steak.
