Rakuzo Utage Shin-Yokohama offers an exquisite menu of grilled skewers using brand-name Daisen chicken.

The menu item pictured here is the "Sasami Sushi" using healthy white meat. The white meat has a light and refreshing taste with concentrated flavor, making it a very popular dish among our health-conscious customers. It is a must-try dish.

We also offer a variety of other skewers, such as thigh skewers, negima skewers, skin skewers, liver skewers, and hearty skewers. Also popular is the "Assorted Skewers," an assortment of various types of skewers.
