Dashimaki Tamago (rolled egg) with an elaborate flavor

Dashimaki Tamago (rolled egg)" is a staple of izakaya menus. The softly baked egg is popular among men and women of all ages.

At the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, we offer a menu with a unique arrangement of such dashimaki tamago.

The "Sukiyaki Dashimaki Sandwich" is especially recommended. It is a novel and hearty dish of sukiyaki sandwiched between two eggs! It is a satisfying meal and a perfect accompaniment to alcoholic beverages.

Other dishes include "Dashimaki Tamago with starchy sauce" and "Dashimaki with sweet sauce.WTamago" and "Dashimaki Tamago (Dashi-maki Tamago with Fresh Shirasu)" are available.

In addition to dashimaki tamago, the restaurant offers many other original dishes.

The menu item in the photo is "Deep-fried Spring Rolls with Spicy Lentil. Spicy and tangy lotus root is wrapped in spring roll skin and deep-fried to a savory taste. It is recommended as a perfect accompaniment to beer or sour.
