■Sesame sunfish 759 yen (tax included)
This is a gem made from Hiramasa (Pacific saury), which is in season during the summer months. Hiramasa is an attractive fish with a resilient flesh that can be recognized when eaten raw, and a clean, refreshing flavor that is not too fishy. The fillet of Hiramasa is mixed with a sesame soy sauce sauce to create a dish with rich flavor. This dish is only available during this season. Please order early!
