Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

 

How is everyone doing in the lingering summer heat?

Now, in order for you to enjoy the delicious seasonal ingredients that change with the seasons, our restaurant offers a seasonal menu.

So today, we would like to introduce you to our summer seasonal menu. We hope you will find it useful.

 

A gem using seasonal sunfish

■Sesame sunfish 759 yen (tax included)

This is a gem made from Hiramasa (Pacific saury), which is in season during the summer months. Hiramasa is an attractive fish with a resilient flesh that can be recognized when eaten raw, and a clean, refreshing flavor that is not too fishy. The fillet of Hiramasa is mixed with a sesame soy sauce sauce to create a dish with rich flavor. This dish is only available during this season. Please order early!

In addition to these dishes, we also have a limited menu featuring duck, pike conger, and Japanese black beef, which we hope you will enjoy as well.

Tomatoes are full of nutrients recommended to prevent or eliminate summer fatigue. And minerals contained in kelp are one of the ingredients that regulate the body's condition. Furthermore, the flavorful ingredients of kelp and tomatoes can be expected to increase your appetite!
