Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

2月がスタートしましたが、皆さんいかがお過ごしでしょうか。2月はゆっくり飲み会や食事会を楽しみたいという方がいましたら、."Rakuzo Utage Shin-Yokohama」へお越しください。当店では、さまざまな創作和食をご用意しているのですが、現在季節限定の「季節のおすすめメニュー」が登場中です。

サクっと仕上がった揚げ物料理

わかさぎの唐揚げ／539円（税込）

はじめにご紹介するのは、「わかさぎの唐揚げ」です。サクッと仕上がった唐揚げをほおばれば、柔らかく繊細な食感と、ほろ苦い味わいが広がります。玉ねぎの甘酢漬けとご一緒にお召し上がりください。ビールはもちろん、日本酒や焼酎などさまざまなお酒のお供におすすめです。

このほか、揚げ物メニュー「やみつきごぼう天ぷら　唐辛子塩／539円（税込）」もご用意しています。

〆は棒寿司をお楽しみください

えんがわ棒寿司／649円（税込）

続いてご紹介するのは、〆の「ごはん」としてもおすすめの「えんがわ棒寿司」です。脂の乗ったえんがわを半分は生、もう半分は炙りでお出ししています。生の旨味、炙った香ばしさ、それぞれの良さをじっくり感じながらお召し上がりください。
