Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

At the end of a drinking session, many of us open the menu and choose what we would like to "close" the day with. Do you have a favorite closing dish? At our restaurant, we have a variety of "meals" and "desserts" to close out the day.

Today, we will introduce a selection of recommendations from the closing menu.
