First, we would like to introduce "Seared Selected Pork Shoulder Roast with Oni Oroshi Ponzu" for those who want to enjoy meat in a refreshing way. The oni oroshi ponzu (vinegared sauce with grated onion and soy sauce) enhances the flavor of the pork. Please enjoy the flavor that develops the more you bite into it.
