Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

Our restaurant offers many creative Japanese dishes made with seafood and mountain products, but you should not miss our "Seasonal Recommendation Menu," which is offered seasonally. First, we would like to introduce "Seared Kumamoto Prefecture Oonagata Eggplant," a dish that allows you to enjoy eggplant to its fullest.
