The salt is a blend of Setouchi floral salt and salted kelp. Many of you may have only enjoyed it with soy sauce, but why don't you try our unique salt for your first gatsuo?
This is the first gatsuo (skipjack) salt tataki, which enhances the flavor of skipjack.
