Our standard meat dish: Rakuzo's three kinds of meat platter

Our signature menu item is a special meat platter that offers beef, pork, and chicken on a single plate. We offer an assortment of three meats: medium-rare ribs, specially selected pork, and young chicken. The more you chew the fatty beef and pork, the more the flavor of the meat overflows.
Served with three different sauces, please try which sauce goes best with each meat. 1,190 yen (excluding tax).

Beef meatballs are a rare part of the meat, with only about 3 kg of beef being harvested from each cow. Because it is a part that is not often moved in the vicinity of the shoulder blades, it is characterized by its unique texture and tenderness.
You may have an image that red meat is tough, but beef misuji is moist and tender. You can enjoy the flavor of the meat directly. Served with a generous amount of our special sauce, it is priced at 1,090 yen (excluding tax).
