Dashi-maki Tamago (rolled egg)

Dashimaki Tamago is carefully baked to order. The simple method of rolling and baking the egg with dashi broth allows the chef's skill to shine through in this dish.
When you put your chopsticks in, the broth will overflow. It is served with grated daikon (Japanese radish), so you can enjoy it as you like. We recommend to drink it with Japanese sake. 590 yen (excluding tax).
 

Chilled tofu covered with condiments before or after a heavy meal

A staple on our snack menu, chilled tofu is one of our most popular dishes. Topped with a generous amount of green onions and other condiments, chilled tofu is perfect when you want something refreshing.
It is often ordered as a chopstick rest before or after a heavy fried dish. This speedy menu is also recommended for first orders. 450 yen (excluding tax).
In addition to the items introduced here, we also offer many other light snacks, such as the "Seared Stingray Fin with Ichimi Mayonnaise" for 590 yen (excluding tax), which goes great with mayonnaise.
