Among the many dishes that we are proud of, we would like you to try our "Yakitori Kushiyaki" menu. The most popular skewered dish on our menu is "Yakitori (grilled domestic chicken)". This popular and easy-to-pick-up menu item made from such delicious local chicken is a must-try when you come to our restaurant.
Today, we would like to introduce you to our yakitori menu of domestic chicken.
 

Uses "Daisen Dori," a delicious broiler from the San'in region!

The chicken used in our domestic yakitori menu is a breed of chicken called Daisen-dori. Daisen Dori are broilers from Tottori Prefecture, and are raised under an integrated production system that covers hatching, production, and processing.
Its flesh is characterized by its elasticity and lack of drippings, which is due to its being nurtured by the famous water and clean air coming from the mountains of Tottori.
 

All of them are made with Oyama chicken. Liver with no smell is also available!

We offer a variety of skewers made from Daisen chicken, including thigh skewers, green onion skewers, chicken skin skewers, and all the other standard items on our skewer menu. The liver skewers are a must-try. Generally speaking, liver has a peculiar smell, and some people may not like it.
In this respect, Oyama chicken liver is different. Because it is raised in a rich natural environment, it has a flavor without odor.

We also have "assorted skewers" as shown in the photo. It is a perfect dish to accompany alcoholic beverages, so please be sure to order it.
