The first course we would like to introduce [Rakuzo's Choice Course] is a course that literally allows you to choose your dishes. In this course, you can enjoy a total of 9 dishes, but for some items, such as appetizers, fish dishes, and seared dishes, you can choose from several different dishes called "choice menus. (*The Choice Menu is a selection of the same group's unified dishes.)
Customize the course to suit your tastes and enjoy an enjoyable dining experience.

Next, we would like to introduce the "Seasonal Creation Course. This is a hearty course that starts with seasonal appetizers and ends with dessert after the meal, for a total of 10 dishes. For the main course, both fish and meat dishes are served! The meat dish is accompanied by seasonal corn (grilled sorghum). And you can also enjoy chirashizushi made with seasonal horse mackerel at the meal.
