Above is "Medai no Kombujime - Yakumi Ware" which allows you to enjoy the delicate flavor of medai and "Fried Shiba Prawn" which is characterized by its rich sweet taste. They go well with a variety of alcoholic beverages such as sake and beer. We hope you enjoy them.

Next up is the "Mapo Bean Sprouts Fried Noodles," which uses huajiao (Chinese pepper) and toji (bean curd) to create a stimulating and aromatic flavor that lingers in the mouth. The dish is filled with crunchy bean sprouts! Please enjoy it tossed with noodles. It is also recommended as a finishing meal.
