Seasonal Souvenir (Nabe) Course" for the colder months

We change the dishes of our banquet courses each season so that our customers can enjoy seasonal ingredients according to the season.
As the end of the year approaches and the weather turns colder, hot pots are the perfect way to warm up your body. Please make a reservation for the "Seasonal Creations (Nabe) Course.
 

Finish off the hot pot with a bowl of rice porridge.


The "Seasonal Creation (Nabe) Course" features a main dish of a rich white hot pot filled with chicken meat. The nabe is finished with zosui (rice porridge), which is a soup made from the broth of meat and vegetables, which you can enjoy to the last drop. In addition to the hot pot, you can also enjoy a well-balanced meal of fried seafood and sashimi.
The detailed dishes of the entire course are as follows
Cheese Tsukune with Oyama chicken cartilage, char-grilled chicken skin and wakame stem with sesame ponzu sauce, fluffy tofu and crab satsuma-age
