The fluffy texture of dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) is also available as an individual dish. The delicious flavor of the dashi broth fills your mouth, making it a recommended accompaniment to alcoholic beverages. Please use this dish when you enjoy drinking at home.
Other grilled skewers include the "Deep-fried Gizzard Gizzard with Silver Skin" (495 yen (tax included)), which has a lingering, crunchy texture, and the "Daisen Dori Negima Skewer 5pcs (Tare, Salt / 1,045 yen (tax excluded))" made from Daisen Dori, a local chicken from Tottori.
