The main course is a beef motsu nabe topped with a generous amount of homemade spicy Taiwanese minced beef. After enjoying the nabe, you can finish off the delicious soup, which is full of flavor and melts into the meat, with ramen noodles.

If you are planning a banquet with your family, loved ones, or friends who know each other well, we recommend a course featuring nabe! Eating a meal around the same pot is sure to stimulate conversation.

This course is recommended for those who wish to have a banquet of a higher grade, featuring fresh sashimi, sea bream, Hiroshima oysters, and "Japanese black beef steak" for the main course.
