We especially recommend the yakitori made with Tottori Prefecture's locally raised "Daisen-dori" chicken. We hope you will enjoy this skewer, which has been seared with artisanal techniques to create an exquisite skewer of a higher grade, with the sake of your choice.
 

Authentic yakitori prepared with artisanal techniques

Tottori Prefecture's locally raised chicken, "Daisen-dori", has a rich flavor, so you can enjoy its deliciousness to the fullest when it is grilled. It goes exceptionally well with sake.
We offer a wide variety of yakitori parts, but if you are not sure which one to order, we suggest you try the "Oyama Tori Kushiyaki Assortment".
There are two types of assorted skewers: 5 skewers for 1,045 yen (including tax) and 8 skewers for 1,639 yen (including tax), making them perfect for New Year's parties. A la carte skewers include "garlic ma skewer" for 253 yen (including tax) and "bonjiri skewer" for 253 yen (including tax).
 

We also have a selection of carefully selected Japanese Sake.

Sake carefully selected from all over Japan goes perfectly with yakitori. We also offer "Special Junmai Gokujo Yoshinogawa," which has the original flavor of rice and a soft taste, and "Honjozo Dry Kuchi Ichinokura," which has a smooth taste and a clear aroma.
Sake can be ordered by the glass for 627 yen (tax included) or tokkuri for 550 yen (tax included).
