Many of you may like one of our signature dishes, "Dashi-scented Kochi Dashimaki Tamago" (dashi rolled egg). We hope you will enjoy our dashimaki tamago made with plenty of golden dashi at our restaurant. Here are some details of dashimaki tamago, which are also available in a variety of arranged menus.

Plenty of broth!

One of the features of our "dashi-scented dashi maki tamago" is the abundant use of golden dashi broth. Our chefs spend a lot of time and effort filtering the dashi from morning to night, and it is very pure and clean. This luxurious golden broth is used generously when baking the eggs, making them fluffy and soft. When you put your chopsticks into the eggs, you can feel the broth seeping out from the inside.

Not only is the standard "dashi-scented stick-to-itiveness dashimaki tamago" delicious, but also such arrangements as "dashimaki tamago with starchy sauce," "dashimaki tamago with tartar sauce," and "sukiyaki dashimaki sandwich" are superb.

Takeout starts in October.

Several of the restaurant's delicious menu items are available for takeout, but the "Dashi-scented Kochi Dashimaki Tamago" has a high water content due to the generous amount of dashi used, as mentioned above, and for hygienic reasons.9We are closed for take-out for the month of May.
