Our dashimaki tamago is very popular for its delicious taste. As the name "dashi-scented" in the menu name suggests, the dashi-scented dashimaki tamago is baked using a generous amount of dashi broth. The dashi is carefully strained by our chefs in the morning, so it is clean and free of any cloying taste. The delicious golden-brown dashi is an essential part of tamagoyaki.

The popular "Dashi-scented Kodawari Dashimaki Tamago" is now available not only in the standard simple type, but also in two different arrangements: "Ankake Dashimaki Tamago" with a more gentle flavor, and "Sukiyaki Dashimaki Sandwich" popular for its sweet and spicy taste and volume. We are pleased to announce that it is now easier for customers to choose the one that best suits their taste and mood.
