Motsunabe, a Hakata specialty, is a pot of plump beef shimacho and plenty of vegetables to enjoy.
We use only the freshest domestic shimachou and carefully prepare it in our restaurant. You can enjoy the collagen-rich and plump texture.
The motsu nabe soup is standard soy sauce flavor and is popular among people of all ages.
You can finish your meal with zosui (rice porridge), ramen noodles, or udon noodles, as you prefer. We hope you will enjoy our delicious motsu-nabe from beginning to end.
In addition to our standard white motsu nabe, we also offer Taiwanese motsu nabe with Taiwanese minced meat.
It is characterized by its spicy flavor, which is different from the typical motsu nabe, and one bite will make your body warm up, and it goes great with alcohol.
