We change the dishes of our banquet courses each season so that our customers can enjoy seasonal ingredients according to the season.

The thick white chicken hot pot with zosui to finish!

The "Seasonal Creation (Nabe) Course" features a main dish of a rich white hot pot filled with chicken meat. Zosui (rice porridge) is served to finish the dish, which is essential for nabe. This is a superb nabe that has been slowly simmered to soak up the flavors. Please enjoy it with a full stomach.

The detailed dishes of the entire course are as follows

Cheese Tsukune with Oyama chicken cartilage, char-grilled chicken skin and wakame stem with sesame ponzu sauce, fluffy tofu and crab satsuma-age
