Taiwanese motsu nabe is a delicious spicy hot pot that originated in Nagoya. We add chili peppers to the soy sauce-based broth to give it a tangy flavor. The nabe is full of nutritious ingredients, such as mori, minced pork, chives, green onions, and bean sprouts!
