Karaage, a typical dish made with chicken, is usually made with "wakadori" (young chicken), which is tender and full of fat. We also use young chicken for our tatsuta-age.
Oyadori, in contrast to young chickens, is characterized by its lean meat with less fat and tighter flesh. Therefore, the more you bite into it, the more you can enjoy its delicious flavor, which is why we receive many orders, especially from those who prefer lean meat. The dish is priced at 850 yen (excluding tax).
