Rakura's Three Kinds of Meat" grilled by a seared artisan

Here is our first recommendation, "Rakura's Three Kinds of Meat Platter". It is a dish of three kinds of meat: medium-rare ribs, specially selected pork, and young chicken, all grilled by our seared chefs.
Our restaurant is particular about searing, and we have a searing artisan who carefully grills each piece. The outside is crispy and the inside is juicy and overflowing with juices. It is a dish with three tastes in one dish.
 

Healthy salad with tofu, popular among women

Salads are also a popular menu item at our restaurant. Especially popular among women is the "Tofu Salad with Kneaded Fried Bean Curd and Jako (baby sardines). The salty taste of the baby sardines and the crispy fried tofu accentuate the flavor and texture of the salad.
 

Assorted skewers to enjoy our signature seared

The "Assorted Skewers" is another popular menu item at Aburi. It is a basic assortment of thighs, negima, gizzards, chicken skin, and liver, and is ordered by many diners regardless of their preference. Carefully seared yakitori goes great with sake.
