Hello, I am the PR manager for RAKUZO Toyama Ekimae.
We change the dishes of our banquet courses each season so that our customers can enjoy seasonal ingredients according to the season.
As February approaches and the weather gets colder, we recommend the "Seasonal Creations (Nabe) Course" featuring warm hot pots.
We offer a main dish of rich shiranyu hot pot filled with chicken meat. We serve Zosui (rice porridge) to finish off the dish so that you can enjoy our signature nabe with chicken broth.
In addition to the main course of hot pot, the course also includes sashimi and other seafood dishes. We recommend this course to enjoy a good balance of meat and fish.
