We are now in the latter half of February, and although spring is approaching soon, it is still very cold. Why don't you enjoy drinks with a hot menu, which is delicious in winter? At Rakuzo Toyama Branch, where you can enjoy authentic seared meat prepared by artisans, we offer juicy and hearty seared meats.
Today, we are pleased to present our first seared meat menu, which is our specialty and a must-try when you come to our restaurant. Please take advantage of this menu when you want to choose a hearty meal.
We have prepared seared dishes that are perfect for beer and other alcoholic beverages that go down a treat. We have prepared seared herb sausage, which is our specialty, blackened Daisen-dori shoulder meat and Japanese oyadori (chicken), and rare Daisen-dori chicken tenderloin with salt and pepper on a large skewer.
We also offer hearty seared beef dishes. We have prepared dice steak of US mid-roasted ribs that can be eaten directly with chopsticks, popular seared beef tongue, and steak of beef mishuji, a rare and irresistibly tender part of the beef.
We also offer Rakuzo's meat platter, where you can eat various parts of the meat and share it.
