Hello, I am the PR manager for RAKUZO Toyama Ekimae.

Currently, we are offering a summer-only menu for a limited time. This is a delicious dish available only during this season. It will end soon, so please check back again to see if there is anything you have forgotten to try. Here are this summer's "Season's Recommendations".

 

Seafood in season!

Here are some of the seasonal seafood items available in our "Season's Recommendations" menu. For those who prefer fresh seafood, we recommend the "Sesame Hiramasa". Its rich flavor, which is different from standard sashimi, makes it a perfect snack. You can enjoy it as if it were a dish called "Ryukyu" in Oita Prefecture. We hope you will enjoy the delicious taste of fatty Hiramasa.

We also have "Hamo Katsu (hamo cutlet) with grated plum paste ponzu sauce and sansho salt" as a crispy fried dish. The hamo (conger eel) is freshly cured and the meat is very light and fluffy. The hamo cutlet is easy to eat and is a great snack with a draft beer.
