Although we can now sometimes feel the cool autumn breeze, there are still many hot and humid days ahead. Hot days tend to make us eat only cold snacks, but if we eat a good balance of cold and hot snacks, we can enjoy drinking more deliciously.
So today, we would like to introduce you to our delicious seared menu, which is freshly seared hot.
Today's Kama-yaki
Freshly seared fish kama of the day will be served.
We recommend that you eat the salt-flavored kama-yaki with a dash of soy sauce. The kama (kama meat) can be loosened with chopsticks, and you can taste the deliciousness of the meat because it is close to the bone.
Seared squid with sweet and spicy sauce
Many of you may have been lured by the aroma of grilled surume squid sold at seaside markets. The aroma and taste of charred squid are irresistible.
We also recommend serving it with shichimi mayonnaise or lemon for a different flavor.
grilled dried hokke
When you talk about seared food at an izakaya (Japanese-style bar), hokke is probably the first thing that comes to mind. Dried fish that has been dried overnight to remove just the right amount of moisture and flavor is a cooking method that makes hokke even more delicious.
