<![CDATA[こんにちは、楽蔵富山店PR担当です。
It has been spring for quite some time now, but we are still serving recommended spring dishes at our restaurant.
Today, we would like to introduce some of the seasonal items available at Rakuzo's Toyama branch.
The aroma of the sauce spreads in the air as you take a bite, and you can enjoy the harmony of sweetness and saltiness of the Mitarashi dumpling.
This popular Japanese snack is arranged as a snack: "Mitarashi dango no niku maki seared meat roll, 1 piece, 324 yen (tax included).
The savory pork, seared until it is charred, is delicious with the Mitarashi sauce.
This is an addictive skewer menu that will make you want to eat it again right after you finish one.
Seasonal menu includes seafood only available at this time of the year.
The "Hatsu Gatsuo no Shio Tataki 918 yen (tax included)," a thick cut of quickly seared bonito, is served simply with hanamo shio, a salt with salted kelp added.
We also recommend the lovely cherry blossom-colored "Sakura Shrimp Sashimi" for 745 yen (tax included).
Myoga bamboo, which refers to the young stems of myoga.
At our restaurant, you can enjoy such a spring delicacy, myoga bamboo, with myoga bamboo shoot tempura for 745 yen (tax included).
Bamboo shoots are seasoned with plenty of dashi broth before being tempura-ed to give them a rich flavor.
Myoga bamboo and bamboo shoots are two different ingredients that can be enjoyed directly in this dish.
Please take this opportunity to taste it.
