A luxurious dish of rich melon cream cheese mousse

This cream cheese mousse is made with rich Hokkaido cream cheese. It has a fluffy texture, but the richness and flavor of the cheese can only be tasted with Hokkaido cream cheese. It is lavishly topped with a melon. The price is 630 yen (excluding tax).
 

Blue salt ice cream with a sweetness that stands out

This special sweet is made by mixing rich milk ice cream with French rock salt. The sweet and creamy milk ice cream and the subtle saltiness are a surprisingly good match. This refreshing summer treat is available for 260 yen (excluding tax).
