定番・濃厚な味　「白もつ鍋」


もつ鍋と言えば「やっぱりみそ味ベースでしょ」といった方におすすめなのが、こちらの「白もつ鍋」です。
あっさりとしたみそ味に、プリプリで脂感抜群な牛もつがピッタリと合います。ニラのシャキシャキ感やしめじ・えのきといったキノコ類も味わい豊かです。
シメには雑炊用ごはん、ラーメン、そしてうどんをご用意。どれを食べてもきっとお腹は大満足です。あっさりみそ味にはうどんがおすすめです。
 

ピリ辛がたまらない　「台湾もつ鍋」


こちらは辛口が特徴の「台湾もつ鍋」です。
ピリ辛のスープを一口飲めば、身体はポカポカ。この季節にピッタリな鍋となっております。
