We are proud of our authentic seared dishes. We have a seared chicken chef who carefully and carefully grills each piece of yakitori. The flavor is concentrated by searing with far-infrared rays, making the inside fluffy and the outside crispy. We hope you will enjoy our artisanal seared dishes, which cannot be prepared at home.
When you visit our restaurant, you should definitely order our grilled skewers. Our artisans carefully sear each skewer to perfection. Oyama chicken, raised freely in a flat-fed environment, has a different fat content and firmness.

Here is a seared dish that is sure to be a great accompaniment to sake: "Seared Surume Cuttlefish with Sweet and Spicy Sauce". The far-infrared rays from the searing process make the squid fluffy and cooked to perfection. The sweet and spicy sauce that is added to the squid as it is seared makes it a perfect accompaniment to sake.
The moist texture of vinegared mackerel is impressive, but at our restaurant we also serve it seared. Please enjoy a different kind of vinegared mackerel. By lightly searing the mackerel, the skin is crispy and the fat of the mackerel melts, creating an exquisite taste in your mouth.
