Enjoy the long autumn nights with a glass of delicious shochu in your hand while having our recommended seared meat dishes.
This "Rakuzo's 3 Kinds of Meat Platter (Nakaurai Kalbi, Tokusen Pork, Wakadori)" is our signature seared dish that we are known for. It is a particularly useful item for those who want to compare meats.
Three kinds of meat are lined up, including Nakauraki Kalbi, Tokusen Pork, and Wakadori (young chicken), and you will be able to experience the difference in taste, texture, and flavor of each meat. Beer, of course, is a must, but we would definitely like to have it with shochu as well.
Other seared meats include the "Oyama Dori Momo Meat and Japanese Oyadori Chicken Blackened Mix," which has an excellent aroma, and the easy-to-eat "US Nakafoshi Karubi Dice Steak.
So our specialty shochu goes great with our seared meat menu.
Among sweet potato shochu, we offer a variety of shochu from the standard "Kurokirishima" to "Ikkokuja," "Mitake" made with famous Yakushima water, and "Tomino Hozan," famous as the pioneer of the shochu boom.
You can't miss the barley shochu Enma, Kami no Kawa, and Nanjakanja.
We also have Hakudake Shiro, a rice shochu with a clean aftertaste, and Zanami Black, an Awamori shochu, so you can compare and contrast the different types of shochu with the dishes you are serving.
